Noteefy’s Confirm Analytics gives you visibility into how your course is performing with Noteefy’s Confirm product. Use this data to make smarter decisions, optimize operations, and elevate the golfer experience.


🧠 Looking at the data you want

Use the filters at the top of the page to focus on the data most relevant to you—by course (if you manage multiple) or by time range.

  • If you have access to only one course, it will be selected by default.
  • By default, the dashboard shows data for the full time period since Noteefy was activated at your course.
  • To narrow the view, click the ‘All Time’ dropdown. Choose a preset (e.g., “Past 7 Days,” “Past Month”) or set a Custom Range.
  • Click Apply to have the data begin loading if it isn’t loaded already

🛠️ Understanding the Metrics

The dashboard includes metrics that show how Noteefy is impacting your operations. Here’s what each report means:

  • Revenue Recaptured: Total revenue recovered from cancelled bookings that were refilled through confirmation communications, calculated using booking prices and the RevPOTT multiplier
What’s RevPOTT? Revenue per Occupied Tee Time (RevPOTT) reflects the total value of a round, including green fees, pro shop purchases, food & beverage, etc. According to the NGF, that’s ~45% above the green fee. Learn more in this NGF article. Note: Click the “info” tooltip next to the Economic Impact metric for a breakdown between verified green fee revenue and estimated ancillary spend for your course(s).
  • Rounds Recaptured: Total number of cancelled golf rounds that were successfully refilled through confirmation communications.
  • Confirmations Sent: Total number of confirmation messages sent to golfers for their bookings.
  • Communication Crystal Ball: Volume of confirmation communications over time, showing demand patterns and peak periods.
  • Cancellations by Days before Tee Time: Distribution of booking cancellations by how many days before the tee time they occurred.
  • Cancellation Requests: Total number of booking cancellation requests received. A cancellation request is only counted if it was received within the selected date range.
  • Modification Requests: Total number of booking modification requests received. A modification request is only counted if it was received within the selected date range.
  • Booking Confirmations: Total number of booking confirmations received. A booking confirmation is only counted if it was received within the selected date range.
  • No Responses: Total number of confirmation messages sent that received no response from golfers. A confirmation message is only counted if it was both sent and received no response within the selected date range.
