Priority Players help you decide who gets notified first when a matching Waitlist tee time becomes available. Use this feature to prioritize (or de-prioritize) Groups or Member Categories — so Noteefy can better align with your course’s business goals to invite specific golfer groups over others.
What Are Priority Players?
By default, all golfers fall under the General Public group. You can create additional groups—like Members or Residents—consisting of their name and email information. When a tee time opens up, notifications are sent in the order of your group priority.
How to Add Priority Groups
- Go to Admin Portal:
- Find the “Priority Players” section.
- Create a Group:
- Type in the Group Name (e.g., “Members”).
- Add email addresses for players in that group.
- Press Enter after each email to save it.
- Click Add Group.
- Repeat to create additional groups.
⚠️ The General Public group cannot be deleted or edited, but you can change its priority position.
Adjusting Group Priority
To change the order in which groups receive notifications:
- Use the arrow buttons next to each group to move them up or down.
- Example: Move “Platinum Members” above “General Public” so they’re notified first.
For Large Groups: Use CSV Upload
Manually adding emails works best for small groups. For large or multiple groups:
- Download the CSV template.
- Populate it with group names and emails.
- Upload it in the Admin Dashboard under CSV Upload.
🛑 Uploading a CSV file will overwrite your existing groups.
✅ You must include the General Public column, even if you change its order.
Important Notes
- Only emails that match a golfer’s Noteefy login will receive notifications.
- If a golfer uses different emails across services, they won’t be matched.
