This guide explains the four reports you can generate, what each one includes, and how you can use them to better manage your tee sheet and guest experience.

Below is an overview of each report and what you can expect when you download them:
🔍 1. Search Report
- What It Is:
- A detailed export of every individual search that has been created on your course’s waitlist.
- What’s Included:
- Each row represents one search, along with who created it. If a single golfer has multiple searches, they will appear on multiple rows.
- How It Helps You:
- See exactly which times, dates, or patterns your golfers are searching for so you can better understand demand.
📑 2. Search Summary Report
- What It Is:
- An aggregated view of searches on a per-user basis.
- What’s Included:
- Each row represents one user and summarizes all searches they’ve created. Unlike the full Search Report, this groups all activity by user for a simpler overview.
- How It Helps You:
- Quickly see which golfers are most active on your waitlist and spot your most engaged players.
👥 3. User Report
- What It Is:
- A simple list of all users who have signed up for Noteefy at your course.
- What’s Included:
- Names, email addresses, and any additional user information captured during sign-up.
- How It Helps You:
- Stay on top of your audience size and know who you’re communicating with when sending updates or promotions.
✅ Best Practice:
When a golfer creates a notification on your waitlist site, they are opting in to receive marketing from your course. On a regular basis, make sure to use this report to export an updated email list and import it into your CRM or email marketing platform to keep your outreach fresh and effective.
✅ 4. Confirmed Booking Report
- What It Is:
- A downloadable record of all bookings that Noteefy detected as confirmed.
- What’s Included:
- Each entry shows the details of the confirmed booking and the reason Noteefy marked it as confirmed.
- How It Helps You:
- Measure the impact of Noteefy on your tee sheet performance and verify which waitlist searches successfully resulted in booked rounds.
