Noteefy Confirm helps golf courses minimize no-shows and short-shows by sending timely automated messages asking golfers to confirm or cancel their tee times. If your course uses Agilysys for your online booking system, follow the steps below to activate Confirm.
🧩 Step 1: Request Integration Through Agilysys
This integration is a bit more involved than others. To begin:
- A General Manager or Owner at your course should contact your Agilysys Sales Representative.
- Let them know: “We’d like to activate the Noteefy integration for our course.”
- The Agilysys Sales team will reach out to their Product team to initiate the connection.
- The Product team will coordinate with Noteefy to share the required access files and information.
- Once the Noteefy engineering team receives the files, we’ll complete setup on our end.
⚠️ Please note: The Agilysys integration may take more time to activate compared to other platforms due to its complexity.
⚙️ Step 2: Turn On Confirm in the Noteefy Admin Portal
Once integration is complete:
- Toggle “Enable Confirm Messages.”
- (Optional) Toggle “Enable Cancellation Policy” to prevent last-minute cancellations.
- Customize each message:
- Initial Confirmation (e.g., 4 days in advance)
- Follow-Up Reminder (e.g., 24 hours in advance)
- Cancellation Policy Message (e.g., 4 hours before tee time)
- Replies for Confirm, Cancel, Modify, and Failed requests
Each message can include dynamic fields like Tee Time, Course Name, Number of Players, Course Phone Number, and Course Website URL.
⏱️ Suggested Timing for Messages

🔕 Note: Confirm messages are not sent between 10PM–7AM golfer local time to avoid disturbances.
💳 Refund Behavior for Agilysys Users
Currently, automatic refunds are not supported in the Agilysys integration. If a golfer cancels through Confirm, Pro Shop staff must process the refund manually in the Agilysys system.
📣 Ensure your staff is trained to handle manual refunds when applicable.

- Keep your course’s phone number and website up to date in message templates.
- Educate your staff on how Confirm interacts with Agilysys bookings.
- Monitor Confirm results using the Noteefy Dashboard and adjust timing as needed.
