How to Use Noteefy Confirm for Your Tee Time

2 min read

Noteefy Confirm is like getting a friendly nudge—just like you’d expect from OpenTable, Resy, or your doctor’s office. It’s an easy way for you to confirm or cancel your tee time in advance—and it helps your course keep things running smoothly.

Here’s how it works and why it’s helpful:

✅ Confirm Your Tee Time

  • Watch for a message: You’ll get a text or email before your scheduled round—typically 24 to 48 hours in advance.
  • Click or reply to confirm: Tap the link or reply with "1" to let the course know you’re coming.
  • Why it matters: It tells the staff you’re on your way—so they don’t need to follow up or worry about a no-show.
    • You’ll see a message like: “You’re all set. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and warm up!”

❌ Cancel If You Can’t Make It

  • Plans changed? No problem—just click the link or reply “9” to cancel.
  • The benefit: This opens your spot for someone else to play—your course can back-fill that tee time right away.
  • No phone calls required: It’s quick, easy, and helps everyone enjoy a smoother experience.
  • If you’re inside the course’s cancellation policy window, you’ll see a message guiding you to contact the Pro Shop.

🔁 Modify or Reschedule

  • Reply with “5” or use the link to request a change.
  • You’ll be guided to your booking platform or asked to contact the course, depending on your setup.

💬 Why It’s Good for Golfers

  • 🎯 Helps the course reduce no-shows and delays
  • ⛳ Increases the chance you (or someone else) gets to play if spots open
  • 🕒 No more calling or waiting on hold—Confirm makes it automatic
  • 📅 Get ahead of schedule by checking in early, planning better, and enjoying the day

📧 Where You'll See It

  • Confirm messages come via SMS and email.
  • You’ll only get them if your course has your up-to-date phone number or email on file.

💡 Quick Tips

  • Add the course name to your contacts so messages don’t get missed.
  • If you’ve already booked and don’t receive a message, it might be:
    • A last-minute booking (made after the message window passed)
    • A contact detail mismatch
  • Messages are blocked during quiet hours (10PM–7AM local time)
