Connecting Your Waitlist to Your Gallus Golf Mobile App

If your course uses a Gallus Golf Mobile App, you can make it even easier for golfers to access your virtual waitlist and receive real-time tee time notifications — all through the app they already have on their phone!

🔗 How the Integration Works

Through Noteefy’s partnership with Gallus Golf:

  • When a golfer creates a search on your Noteefy Waitlist and we recognize that they also use your Gallus Golf Mobile App (with notifications enabled), they’ll get waitlist notifications as push notifications through the app.
  • They’ll still receive the usual email notification too — this simply adds another quick way for them to book an available tee time!
  • Noteefy securely matches customers by verifying their profile details.

More golfers see your notifications faster — which helps you fill every tee time while delivering a smooth, mobile-first guest experience.

🛠️ How to Add the Waitlist to Your Gallus Golf App

Follow these steps to create a Waitlist Tile in your Gallus Golf app:

1. Log In to Gallus Admin Dashboard

  • Log into your Gallus Golf Admin Dashboard.

2. Add a New Page

  • Navigate to App Navigation.
  • Click the green “+” button.
  • Select “Link to an App Page.”
  • Choose “Pages” from the App Page submenu.
  • Click “Add Page” and enter the page details.
  • Example Name: “Tee Time Waitlist”
  • Click Save.

3. Add an Information Block with Your Waitlist Link

  • Inside your new page, click the green “+” button again to add a new content block.
  • Select “Text” to create a text block.
  • In the editor, add your desired message. For example:

“Can’t find the tee time you’re looking for? Join our Virtual Tee Time Waitlist and be alerted when your tee time becomes available!”

  • Highlight the text you want to link, click the Link icon (chain symbol), and paste in your full Noteefy Waitlist URL (e.g., https://yourcourse.noteefy.app).
  • Click Insert/OK and then Save your changes.

✅ Activating the Push Notification Integration

Once you’ve added the Waitlist tile in Gallus:

  1. Reach out to your Noteefy Customer Success Manager or email customersuccess@noteefy.app.
  1. Let us know you’d like to turn on Gallus Mobile App Push Notifications for your Waitlist.
  1. Your CSM will confirm next steps and the timeline for full activation.

✔️ Promote it in your emails and on social media so golfers know they can sign up and get notified via push!
