The Noteefy Confirm Dashboard gives your course powerful insight into how Confirm messages are reducing no-shows, recapturing value, and improving visibility into cancellation patterns.

📈 Accessing Your Dashboard

  • Go to Confirm —> Reports

Here’s what you can expect to find:

✉️ Total Messages Sent

  • Tracks all Confirmation and Follow-Up messages sent to golfers.
  • High volume = strong engagement + full tee sheet integration.
  • This ensures golfers are reminded and asked to confirm before their round.

    Example: 14,975 confirmation messages sent at Noteefy Country Club

🔁 Cancellation and Modification Requests

  • Shows how many golfers have actively canceled or requested to modify after receiving a Confirm message.
  • This is the core value of Confirm—giving courses early notice to refill spots.

    Example: 805 cancellations and modifications requested via Confirm

  • If a golfer Cancels through this method, the round is automatically removed from the tee sheet and available for booking (and eligible for Waitlist notifications).
