How to Upload TeeSnap Bookings Data to Noteefy

If your course uses TeeSnap as your tee sheet provider, you can upload tee time or revenue data directly into Noteefy to gain visibility into booking activity and performance. Here's how to do it.

📅 Step-by-Step: Uploading TeeSnap Data

1. Export Your Report from TeeSnap
   1. Log into your TeeSnap admin panel.

   2. Export your booking or revenue data as a CSV file.
      1. Ensure the report includes tee times, dates, and relevant booking details.

2. Access the TeeSnap Upload Tab in Noteefy
   1. Go to your Noteefy Admin account.

   2. Click the TeeSnap Data Upload tab from the top navigation bar.

3. Select Your Course
   1. Use the Course Selection dropdown to pick the course that corresponds to your data.

4. Upload Your CSV File
   1. Drag and drop your file into the upload area or click to choose your file manually.

   2. Once your file appears, click Process Data to begin.

5. Monitor the Upload Status
   1. A status card will appear to indicate upload progress.

   2. ✅ Once processing is complete, the status will show as Finished.

6. View Your Booking Insights
   1. Navigate to the Course Data tab to explore visualizations of your uploaded booking data.
