How to Upload SagaCity Bookings Data to Noteefy

If your course uses SagaCity as your tee sheet provider, you can upload your revenue or tee time data into Noteefy to see valuable booking insights. This guide walks you through how to do it.

📅 Step-by-Step: Uploading SagaCity Data

1. Export Your Report from SagaCity
   1. Log into your SagaCity admin panel.

   2. Export your tee sheet or revenue data as a CSV file.
      1. Ensure the report includes tee times, dates, and relevant booking details.

2. Open the SagaCity Upload Tab
   1. Log into your Noteefy Admin Portal.

   2. Click the SagaCity Data Upload tab from the top menu.

3. Select the Course
   1. In the Course Selection dropdown, pick the course the data belongs to.

4. Upload the CSV File
   1. Drag and drop your exported CSV file into the upload area or click to browse for it.

   2. Once the file is selected, click Process Data.

5. Processing Confirmation
   1. You’ll see a status card appear showing upload progress.

   2. ✅ Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to move on to data review.

6. View the Booking Insights
   1. Navigate to the Course Data tab in the Admin Dashboard to review booking and revenue metrics related to the data you uploaded.
