How to Upload Play18/Quick18 Bookings Data to Noteefy

If your golf course uses Play18 or Quick18 as your tee sheet provider, you can upload reservation data into Noteefy to unlock powerful booking insights. This guide walks you through the upload process step by step.

📅 Step-by-Step: Uploading Play18/Quick18 Booking Data

1. Export Your CSV Report
   1. Log into your Play18 dashboard.

   2. Navigate to the Reservation Billing Summary section.

   3. Export your reservation data as a CSV file.

2. Go to the Noteefy Admin Portal
   1. Open the Noteefy Admin Dashboard.

   2. Click the Play18/Quick18 Data Upload tab from the top menu.

3. Select the Course
   1. Use the dropdown under Course Selection to choose the course the data belongs to.

4. Upload the CSV File
   1. Drag and drop your exported CSV file into the upload area or click to browse.

   2. Once the file appears, click Process Data.

5. Wait for Processing Confirmation
   1. After upload, you’ll see a confirmation card once your data is successfully processed.

   2. ✅ Security Tip: All uploaded data is deleted immediately after processing.

6. View Your Booking Insights
   1. Head to the Course Data tab to view visual summaries and analytics on confirmed bookings through Noteefy.
