How to Upload Agilysis Bookings Data to Noteefy

If your course uses Agilysis as your tee sheet provider, you can now upload scheduled tee time reports directly into Noteefy. This lets you view confirmed booking revenue and performance insights with just a few steps.

📅 Step-by-Step: Uploading Agilysis Booking Data

1. Export the Scheduled Tee Time Report
   1. Log into your Agilysis dashboard.

   2. Export the Scheduled Tee Time Report as a CSV file.

2. Access the Agilysis Upload Tool in Noteefy
   1. Open your Noteefy Admin account.

   2. Click the Agilysis Data Upload tab.

3. Select Your Course
   1. Use the Course Selection dropdown to choose the relevant course.

4. Upload Your CSV File
   1. Drag and drop your exported file into the upload area or click to upload.

   2. Then, click Process Data to begin uploading.

5. Watch for Confirmation
   1. A card will appear showing your upload status.

   2. ✅ Once processing is complete, it will show Finished.

6. View Your Booking Data
   1. Head to the Course Data tab to see confirmed booking and revenue analytics.
