Welcome to Noteefy! This guide will walk you through how to add your AI Assistant to your course’s website and booking portal if you use EZLinks (EZTee Pro) for online bookings. By following these steps, you’ll make it easy for golfers to join your waitlist when their preferred tee time isn’t available.
🖥️ Step 1: Add the Noteefy Widget to Your Home Page
Adding the Noteefy widget to your website opens the door for your golfers to begin interacting with your AI Assistant (or if you are using the classic waitlist experience ensures golfers can easily find and sign up for the waitlist).
How to Add the Widget:
- Copy the widget script provided by your Noteefy Customer Success Manager.
- Add the script to your website’s header section.
- (If you use Wordpress or another CMS, paste the code in the Header area and click Publish to save your changes.)
✅ Tip: Specifically for the waitlist, it’s also helpful to add other links (and pop-ups especially when first launching) to your site so people can easily navigate to the waitlist and pro shop staff have an easy wait to direct callers to it.
🔗 Step 2: Add a Waitlist Message to Your EZLinks Booking Portal
Make sure golfers see your waitlist option when no tee times are available by adding a clear note to your booking flow.
Tee Sheet Header Message: Request Support to Add the Message
- Email support@ezlinks.com with this request: “We have recently partnered with Noteefy. Please add the following sentence to the top of our booking portal: Don’t see the time you are searching for? Join our Virtual Tee Time Waitlist [hyperlink your waitlist URL] and be alerted when your tee time becomes available!”
Message for days when no starting times are available
- Navigate to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to:
Maintenance → WebMarket Admin → Web Settings → Onscreen Messages.
- Add this message for dates with no tee time inventory: “Don’t see the time you are searching for? Join our Virtual Tee Time Waitlist [hyperlink your waitlist URL] and be alerted when your tee time becomes available!”
- Save your changes.
📈 Best Practices
✔️ Test Everything: Check your widget and booking portal as a golfer would. Make sure the link works on desktop and mobile.
✔️ Train Your Team: Make sure your golf shop staff knows how to direct guests to the waitlist if their preferred time is booked.
✔️ Promote It: Add the waitlist link to your emails and social posts to increase visibility.
