Welcome to Noteefy! This guide will walk you through how to add your AI Assistant to your course’s website and booking portal if you use TeeItUp or G1 for online bookings. By following these steps, you’ll make it easy for golfers to get the most benefit they can from Noteefy’s suite of products.
🖥️ Step 1: Add the Noteefy Widget to Your Home Page
Adding the Noteefy widget to your website opens the door for your golfers to begin interacting with your AI Assistant (or if you are using the classic waitlist experience ensures golfers can easily find and sign up for the waitlist).
How to Add the Widget:
- Copy the widget script provided by your Noteefy Customer Success Manager.
- Add the script to your website’s header section.
- (If you use Wordpress or another CMS, paste the code in the Header area and click Publish to save your changes.)
- You can also add a Noteefy popup to further encourage sign-ups.
✅ Tip:Specifically for the waitlist, it’s also helpful to add other links (and pop-ups especially when first launching) to your site so people can easily navigate to the waitlist and pro shop staff have an easy wait to direct callers to it.
🔗 Step 2: Add a Waitlist Message to Your Booking Portal
Make sure golfers see your waitlist option when no tee times are available.
Option 1: Add a Message via TeeItUp/G1 Settings
- Log in to your G1 Account:
- Navigate to the Tee Sheet section.
- Add a Note or Announcement:
- Select Add Note and use this suggested message: “Don’t see the time you are searching for? Join our Virtual Tee Time Waitlist and be alerted when your tee time becomes available!”
- Save and Publish:
- Make sure your note appears at the top of your booking window so golfers see it right away.
Option 2: Request Help from TeeItUp/EZLinks Support
Prefer to have help adding the message?
- Email support@ezlinks.com and ask them to add the following sentence to the top of your booking portal:
“Don’t see the time you are searching for? Join our Virtual Tee Time Waitlist and be alerted when your tee time becomes available!”
✅ Tip: Adding this note ensures golfers can easily click through to your Noteefy waitlist if their desired slot is full.

✔️ Test Everything: Check that your widget, popup, and waitlist link work properly on both desktop and mobile.
✔️ Train Your Staff: Make sure your pro shop team knows how to guide golfers to your waitlist.
✔️ Promote It: Include your waitlist link in course emails, social posts, and your website navigation.
