How to Upload Club Prophet Bookings Data to Noteefy

If your course uses Club Prophet as your tee sheet provider, you can now upload your revenue data directly into Noteefy to see confirmed booking insights. This guide walks you through the process step by step.

📅 Step-by-Step: Uploading Club Prophet Data

1. Export the T-Sheet Revenue Report
   1. Log into your Club Prophet Admin Dashboard.

   2. Export the T-Sheet Revenue Report as an XLS file.

2. Access the Club Prophet Upload Tool in Noteefy
   1. Log into your Noteefy Admin account.

   2. Click the Club Prophet Data Upload tab.

3. Select the Course
   1. Use the Course Selection dropdown to choose the course your data belongs to.

4. Upload the File
   1. Drag and drop the XLS file into the upload area, or click to select the file.

   2. Once uploaded, click Process Data.

5. Watch for Processing Confirmation
   1. A card will appear showing the progress of the data being processed.

   2. ✅ Once complete, the status will display as Finished.

6. View Your Booking Insights
   1. Go to the Course Data tab to view charts and insights related to your uploaded booking data.
