Need to give someone Admin access to your course in Noteefy? It’s quick and easy through the Super Admin tab. Admins can manage waitlists, Confirm messages, Priority Players, and more at noteefy.app/admin.
✅ Who Can Add Admins?
- Noteefy Customer Success Managers typically invite the first Admin during your Kickoff Call.
- After that, any existing Admin with Super Admin access can add additional Admins.
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the Admin Portal
- Navigate to the Super Admin Page
- Click on the tab labeled “Super Admin” or “Delegate Access” in the top menu.
- Add the New Admin
- In the “Email Addresses” box, enter the person’s email address.
- Use the dropdown to select the course(s) you want them to access.
- Click ADD to grant them access (or OVERRIDE to replace any previous course assignments).
- ✅ That’s it! The new Admin can now log in and begin managing that course.
💬 Tips & Notes
- The user will use their email to log in—no separate invitation is required after access is granted.
- You can assign a single admin to multiple courses in one step.
- To remove access, click the red DELETE button next to their name in the Admin list (visible on the same screen).
