Some courses use Noteefy’s online booking site so you can browse and book tee times (including deposits when the course requires them).
📍 Where do I find tee times I booked through Noteefy?
Log in on the course’s Noteefy booking site and open Booked Tee Times to view, modify, or cancel (when the course’s policy allows).
Separately: if you received a Noteefy Confirm reminder (text or email), that message’s link can let you confirm, cancel, or request a change — even if you originally booked on the course’s own tee sheet. See How to Use Noteefy Confirm for Your Tee Time.
🛠️ I’m having trouble on the booking site
Try logging in again: Make sure you are logged in and try again.
Find your reservation: Open Booked Tee Times and use Cancel or Modify when policy allows.
Payment or receipt issues: If payment fails, the site shows an error, or your receipt looks wrong, email [email protected] with the course name, date/time, and what you saw.
Booking temporarily unavailable: If the site says online booking is temporarily unavailable, contact the pro shop to reserve.
💳 Refunds and deposit policy
Questions about refunds, no-shows, or the course’s deposit policy usually need the pro shop. Product or payment errors on the Noteefy booking site should go to Noteefy Support.
