This article explains how to read the Confirm Reports page so you can see exactly who has confirmed their tee time, who has cancelled or modified, and who hasn't responded at all. If you're looking for month-over-month trends like rounds and dollars recaptured instead, see Analytics - Confirm Dashboard.
To get there, log in to your Noteefy Admin Portal, go to Confirm → Reports, and select your course.
Confirm Reports has two tabs, each built to answer a different question:
Status — What's happening with today's tee times?
Golfers — Which golfers cancel or modify most often, and what did a specific golfer do?
📊 The Status Tab: Today's Confirmations at a Glance
The Status tab opens by default on today's tee times, so the moment you land on the page you can see every Confirm message sent today and what the golfer did with it.
Each row shows one message, the golfer it went to, their reply, and when it happened. Scan the status column for three things:
Confirmed — the golfer is coming.
Cancelled or modified — the tee time is freed up or changed, and eligible for Waitlist notifications.
No response — nobody has replied. This is your no-show risk list for the day.
A few details that make the table easier to read:
Color-coded status tags — statuses like Booking Confirmed appear in green and Checkin Failed To Send in red, so problems stand out without reading every row.
Your local time zone — every timestamp shows in your course's time zone.
User ID column — this is the golfer's tee sheet user ID, so you can trace any message back to their profile on your tee sheet.
This tab is also where you settle disputes. Search by name, email, phone number, or user ID to pull up a specific golfer and see exactly what was sent to them and how they responded.
📅 Changing the Date Range
Status opens on today, but you can move the window with the date presets:
Today — the default view.
Tomorrow — check tomorrow's confirmations before you leave for the day.
Upcoming — the next 7 days.
Custom range — any date range you choose.
If you need to narrow further, use the column filters and search to drill into a specific status, golfer, or time block.
📊 The Golfers Tab: Per-Golfer Totals and Lookups
The Golfers tab rolls the same data up by person, showing each golfer's totals across the date range you select. A golfer who cancels or modifies far more than everyone else stands out immediately in the columns — which is your cue to have a conversation before it becomes a habit.
🔁 If Tee Sheet Notes Are Cluttering Your Tee Sheet
Confirm writes a note back to your tee sheet when a golfer responds — for example, "Confirmed through Noteefy Confirm." Some courses find these notes crowd out other important reservation notes.
If that's happening at your course, those notes can be turned off. You won't lose any visibility: Confirm Reports shows the full response history for every tee time, so your staff still has one place to check status. This can be done on the message configuration page in Confirm.
💡 Pro Tips
Start the morning on the Status tab. Sort or filter for golfers with no response to build your no-show risk list before the first tee time goes out.
Check Tomorrow before you close up. Catching an unconfirmed group the afternoon before gives you time to call them or release the time.
Review the Golfers tab monthly. Repeat cancellers are easier to spot over a 30-day range than day by day.
Search before you respond to a dispute. When a golfer says "I confirmed" or "I never cancelled that," look up their history first so you're working from the record, not memory.
